New orders in industry during June 2022 decreased both year-on-year and month-on-month

The value of new orders in industry decreased by 1.4%, year-on-year, during the sixth month and reached¹⁾ a volume of 5.6 billion. After taking seasonal effects into account, it fell by 1.1%²⁾, month-on-month, in the sixth month.

After the growth in May, new orders returned to declines, they rose in 8 out of 12 industries. New orders increased the most in manufacture of transport equipment and in manufacture of fabricated metal products, except machinery and equipment. On the contrary, orders decreased, year-on-year, mainly in manufacture of computer, electronic and optical products, as well as in manufacture of metals.
